Hello, I am Khalid M. Wani currently working as an Assistant Professor at Lovely Professional University, Jalandhar, Punjab. I am also pursuing my Ph. D. in the Department of Chemical Engineering, IIT Guwahati, India. The broad area of my research interest is food technology. My specific focus is on ultra-sound assisted extraction techniques. I am working under the mentorship of Prof. Ramagopal V.S. Uppaluri.
